PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE
By uploading your photos/videos you grant permission and consent to the Mountain West Highland Dance Association (MWHDA), full rights to use the images/videos, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for use in marketing, fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the MWHDA aims. This might include (but is not limited to), the right to use them in printed and online galleries, publicity, social media, press releases and funding applications.
PAYMENT: I understand that there shall be no payment for this release.
ROYALTIES: I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
REVOCATION: I understand that with my authorization to use any photographs and/or video may never be revoked.
Be sure to title your images and name the included people.
